Prices
All prices quoted on this web site are in Australian Dollars ($A) and are inclusive of GST. They are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by any method that is detailed at the checkout. Payment methods may vary from time to time. Your order will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.
Shipping
We ship items using Australia Post. Prices are automatically calculated according to the number of items selected. Total order values over a certain value and that contain items that are light enough to post have free postage.
Most orders will be dispatched within two business days from clearance of payment. If any item is not in stock we will notify you of when despatch is likely to occur.
Returns and Exchanges
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we are under no obligation to refund or exchange products due to simple change of mind. We are required to either exchange (1st option) or refund products that are either faulty, do not meet item description or are not fit for purpose.
Having said the above as long as a product is returned in original undamaged condition, including all labels and packaging within 14 Business days following delivery we will process an exchange or refund. We cannot refund or exchange items that were a special order.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. You must state your invoice number and the goods which are being returned. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and include all original packaging and labels and be in an undamaged state. Except for faulty goods, return postage shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned products should arrive back with us no later than 14 business days after your having received them.
After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding any original cost of delivery. Please remember that all products, labels and packaging must be in a new and unused condition. If you are in any doubt, please contact us. We recommend you use postage or courier tracking for proof of returns as we cannot accept liability for goods that do not reach us.
Faulty Products
In accourdance with Australian Consumer Law, we will either replace (1st option) or refund any product that is faulty, not in accordance with product description or not fit for purpose. The warranty period of products varies from product to product and is also based on how the product was used including if it was used in an incorrect manner.
Prior to making a claim for faulty products, please contact us and send us pictures of the product in order for us to assess if the products is accually faulty or just worn out from normal or excessive use or abuse.
