Forklift Multi Shift Pre-Start Logbook | WHS Compliant

It is a condition of a Forklift High Risk Licence that an operator conducts pre-start and post start safety checks on a forklift at the begining of their work shift. This logbook allows this to occur for “Day”, “Afternoon” and “Night” shift. It allows for 12 months recording, 7 days per week, 3 shifts per day.
