Forklift Single Shift Pre-Start Logbook | WHS Compliant

It is a condition of a Forklift High Risk Licence that an operator conducts pre-start and post start safety checks on a forklift at the begining of their work shift. This logbook allows this to occur for a single shift each day. It allows for 12 months recording, 7 days per week.
